Volunteering is a great way of helping yourself whilst helping others. It helps you to: - Gain new skills and practice existing skills
- Boost your CV
- Use your time effectively
- Meet new people
- Help others
Volunteer Centre Slough has been successfully matching volunteers to suitable volunteering opportunities, so why not arrange a meeting with the Volunteer Centre for a meeting, during this meeting we will: - Give you information about volunteering
- Help you search the database for a suitable volunteering opportunity
- Put you in contact with the organisation you are interested in

If you are working with a volunteer, or if you're a volunteer yourself, we would love to hear from you... How about sending us a great picture of one of your volunteers in action..and that picture may be posted on the front page of our website! Tell us about your volunteering experience...and your story could appear on our website too! Let us know if your organisation needs any more volunteers, and we will do our best to try and find a suitable volunteer for you! |
